Important Delivery Terms

  • Processing: Orders paid before 18:00h (CET) are usually collected by the carrier the following business day.
  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer will bear the shipping costs (minimum rate or generated costs).
  • Incidents: We guarantee a full refund in case of loss or damage by the carrier. However, we are not liable for external delays in transit.

Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards for hospitality products, the following rules apply:

  1. Cosmetics: Returns are not accepted for items such as shampoo, gel, or lotions once the order has been handed to the carrier.
  2. Damaged Packaging: If the box arrives broken or damaged, do not accept the delivery. Take photos and contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
  3. Cancellations: No returns are accepted without prior authorization. Only unused items in original packaging (excluding cosmetics) are eligible. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
