For shipments, transportation costs vary according to the weight of the packages. During the purchase, the corresponding costs are displayed. The online order is limited to a maximum weight per shipment. 5- RETURN CHANGE CANCELLATION:
1- Because the products of amenities and welcome items are easily manipulated as in the case of cosmetics such as shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, body lotion, returns will not be accepted once the delivery of the order to the carrier.
2- In the event that the packaging of amenities and welcome items arrives defective (broken or with signs of blows), the delivery of the carrier will not be accepted directly, and send us an email to or at our WhatsApp providing photos of evil packaging and product status. Claims that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
3- In case of changes and / or cancellation of orders, merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization from RH AMENITIES. Only merchandise (except cosmetics such as shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, body lotion) that is unused and in perfect condition in its original packaging will be accepted. Transportation costs for returns of this nature will be borne by the customer.
4- In the event of an unsuccessful delivery for whatever reason, the customer will assume the shipping cost for the minimum charged or if it were an order with free transport, the generated shipping cost will be deducted, and the rest of the order amount will be returned to the client. And our company RH will assume additional cost of transport, generated by the carrier for the return of the merchandise to our warehouse. If the client maintains and requires a new shipment of the order, the cost of the new shipment will be confirmed and the client be asked to pay in advance (by the agreed means) the confirmed transport cost.

RH is entitled to modify the technical characters of the articles listed in the catalogue. Moreover, we reserve the right to modify update the prices mentioned in the online shop.
