    For the moment, we offer the option Delivery to your address. You can choose to take delivery of your order in our Warehouse in Madrid. We can organize deliveries to Portugal, North Africa and all Europe, prior to your special request.

  • How is the delivery process?

    In case of the delivery, after you finish ordering on this web site, you will receive a confirmation email message (please check your SPAM folder), but additionaly if necessary we will inform you after the transport company takes your order from our warehouse.

  • How much is the transport cost for the deliveries?

    The prices indicated in the online shop website are not inclusive of reglemantery VAT of 21%. For delivery to Spain Mainland, if the order amountis more than 100€ (plus VAT), the delivery cost is (free of charge). If less than 50€, the client pays 5€ additional cost (plus VAT), and if less than 100€, the additional cost is 10€ (plus VAT).
    In case of delivery to Balear islands, the minimum order is 200€ (plus VAT), and for the orders less than this amount, the client pays additional cost of 60 € (plus VAT), and for rest of European Union countries including for Canary Islands, Ceuta or Mellila Spain provinces, we will receive gladly your oder requests via offline channels (phone +34 911 37 40 24 or via a messageFor the islands Canary and Ceuta or Melia provinces, we invite you to contact us inquiring a quotation for the products you want.

  • What are online payments methods?

    Spain mainland- 2/3 labor days, Balear islands- 3/4 labor days, Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla provinces- 7/10 labor days
