WHAT IS THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER?

Thermoplastic elastomers, also known as TPE ('thermoplastic elastomers) or thermoplastic "rubbers", are a class of polymers or physical mixture of polymers (generally a plastic and a rubber) that give rise to materials with thermoplastic and elastomeric characteristics.
