The products offered with stock and purchased in our online shop web are available in the moment of purchasing.

Likewise, the confirmed and paid orders are delivered by the transport company in the following periods: 2/3 labor days for Spain mainland, 3/4 labor days for Balear islands, 7/10 labor days for Canary islands and also for Ceuta or Melilla provinces.

Likewise, RH can make you delivery to your address if within the Community of Madrid for special inquiries.

  • Delivery periods

Delivery periods are resonable from 48 to 96 hours as per the destination. For Canary islands and the rest, the period is longer..

  • International deliveries

For the orders outside of Spain, please contact us to organize the delivery witihn or outside European Union.

RETURNS

The amenities offered by RH because of their nature are easily sensible. For this reason, we accept no returns once accepted the delivery from the transport company.

In case your delivery arrives with unexpected conditions (damaged, etc.), please don't accept the delivery from the transport company, and sign the delivery note for return, and then, inform us to : pedidosweb-ec.png with proofs of damages (delivery note copy, pictures) to let us know about the incident. Once we receive your notification, we will do our best to send you the order again after making the necessary control procedures.
